GIF Time Start

Used with video-generate=gif to return an animated GIF URL generated from an imgix-encoded video. This parameter only works when video-generate is set to gif.

video-gif-time-start is the time, in seconds, where the GIF should start.

Defaults to 0. Negative values or values larger than the duration of the video will return an error.

Maximum total duration of GIF is limited to 10 seconds; minimum total duration of GIF is 250ms.
