Skew
skew
The skew parameter shears an image, sliding one pair of edges past the other. It is the simplest way to fake a viewing angle, and it is the equivalent of the CSS skew() transform.
Syntax
skew takes two numbers in degrees, both required:
skew=x,yThe horizontal shear is applied first, then the vertical. A positive x moves the top edge to the right; a positive y moves the right edge down.
The parameter is ignored when either value has a magnitude of 89 degrees or more, when both are zero (skew=0,0), or when only one number is given.
Layer Forms
mark-skew and blend-skew shear a layer before it is placed on the base image, and both accept indexed spellings such as mark-skew[1].
Output
The area outside the sheared shape is transparent, and on a format without transparency it is filled with bg, or black when bg is unset. This differs from Cloudinary, which fills a shear margin with white.
For a true perspective warp rather than a shear, use distort.
