Background Removal Model

The bg-remove-model parameter selects which AI model performs background removal when bg-remove=true is set. Different models may produce better results depending on the subject matter, so this parameter gives you control over which provider handles the removal.

The parameter accepts integer values 1 through 4:

• 1 — bg (Remove.bg): A general-purpose background removal model.
• 2 — bria: Background removal using the Bria AI model. (default)
• 3 — fal-ideogram: Background removal using the Fal.ai Ideogram model.
• 4 — fal-pixelcut: Background removal using the Fal.ai Pixelcut model.

When bg-remove-model is omitted, the default model is applied automatically.
