PiP Entry Transition

Sets the entry animation for the picture-in-picture overlay when it appears at the time specified by video-mark-start.

video-mark-transition accepts an animation type string. The transition duration is controlled by video-mark-transition-dur. Use video-mark-transition[N] for a specific overlay layer.
