Video Assembly Transition
video-assembly-transition
Sets the GPU-rendered transition applied at segment boundaries in a multi-asset assembly.
video-assembly-transition sets the global default applied at every seam. video-assembly-transition[N] overrides the transition into segment N specifically, allowing different effects at each boundary.
An unknown token falls back to none (hard cut) with a warning rather than failing the request.

Hyphenated spellings are accepted (e.g. circle-open = circleopen).
A transition consumes video-assembly-transition-dur seconds of overlap from both neighbors. A very short segment automatically shortens its transitions; below a couple of frames the boundary degrades to a clean cut.
