AI Image Edit
Imgix provides AI-powered image editing through a set of URL parameters. The ai-image-edit parameter accepts one of 32 named operation values spanning four categories: product and e-commerce cleanup, real estate and property staging, automotive backdrops, and general relighting. Two companion parameters give you additional control: ai-image-edit-analysis toggles a prepass vision gate that determines whether an edit is warranted before processing begins, and ai-image-edit-prompt accepts a free-form text prompt for edits not covered by the named-mode map.
AI Image Edit is a credit-metered feature. Processing is performed by gpt-image-2 at medium quality.
