Gradient Radial Shape
gradient-radial-shape
The gradient-radial-shape parameter chooses whether a radial gradient is an ellipse or a circle. It takes ellipse or circle and defaults to ellipse.
An ellipse stretches to the picture’s proportions, so a vignette reaches all four corners evenly on any aspect ratio. A circle stays round regardless, which on a wide image leaves the left and right edges untouched.
An unrecognized value is ignored. An explicit gradient-radial-size sets the shape itself, so gradient-radial-shape is not read when a size is given as rx,ry or as a single radius.
