Video Blur

Applies a Gaussian blur to the video output.

video-blur accepts a positive numeric value representing the blur radius in pixels. Higher values produce a stronger blur. A value of 0 disables blur.

Blur is applied in the GPU pipeline before encoding. It can be used for artistic effects, privacy masking backgrounds, or softening a video before overlaying text or graphics.
