Video Assembly Motion Amount

Controls the magnitude of the Ken Burns motion on an image segment.
video-assembly-motion-amount[N] accepts a float from 0.05 to 1.0. The default is 0.2. For zoom motions, the zoom ends at 1 + amount (so 0.2 = a 20% zoom travel); for pans, movement is proportional.
