Audio Mark Base

Sets a base URL for resolving relative paths specified in audio-mark parameters.

audio-mark-base is shared across all overlay layers. When set, a relative audio-mark value is resolved against this base. This mirrors the behavior of video-mark-base for picture-in-picture overlays.
