Audio Sample Rate

Sets the output audio sample rate in Hz.

video-audio-samplerate accepts a positive integer representing the number of audio samples per second. Common values are 22050, 44100, and 48000.

The sample rate determines the upper frequency limit of the audio output. 44100 Hz (44.1 kHz) is CD quality and the standard for music. 48000 Hz (48 kHz) is the standard for video production. 22050 Hz is sufficient for speech.

If not specified, Imgix preserves the source audio sample rate when possible. This parameter applies to both muxed video output and audio-only output.
