Video Clip Start

Defines the start time of the clip. Accepts a value in seconds or as a percentage of the video’s total duration.

Encoding the % character
Percentage values use a % suffix, which is a reserved character in URLs. It must be percent-encoded as %25 in query strings. A value of 25% is written as 25%25 in the URL.
Can be used in conjunction with video-clip-end to clip a specific segment of a video.
Can also be used with video-clip-duration to define the length of the clip.
When no other video-clip-* parameters are specified, the video will play from the start time to the end of the video.
