Video Progress Bar Height
video-progress-bar-height
Sets the thickness of the burned-in progress bar indicator in pixels.
video-progress-bar-height accepts an integer from 1 to 512. The default is 10 pixels. For the bar style this controls the bar’s thickness; for the frame style it controls the border edge thickness. Values are clamped to the valid range rather than rejected.
| Value | Effect |
|---|---|
1 – 4 | Very thin, hairline indicator |
10 | Default |
20 – 40 | Bold, clearly visible bar |
512 | Maximum (clamped) |
HLS/DASH scaling. On streaming outputs the bar is burned into the base pass at source resolution and then inherited by every ABR rendition as the frame is rescaled. A fixed pixel height set at source size shrinks proportionally with each smaller rendition — size the bar with that in mind if the output will span a wide quality ladder.
