Video Brightness

Adjusts the overall luminance of the video output.

video-brightness accepts an integer from -100 to 100. 0 is neutral (no change). Positive values increase brightness; negative values decrease brightness. This matches the scale of the Imgix image API’s bri parameter, so a value that looks right on your images behaves consistently on video.

This parameter is applied in the GPU color grading pipeline before encoding. It can be combined with video-contrast, video-saturation, and video-gamma for full control over the image tone.
